The St. Ivan Rilski Hotel, Spa & Apartments is situated on a site of about 13,000 sq. m., just 5 minutes by car to the closest lift station and a 15 minute walk to Bansko’s historical center. As its name suggests, the development consists of a hotel, a spa center and 4 edifices with apartments for sale. Build in the distinctive Alpine architectural style coupled with traditional regional and national elements, the four apartment buildings have a total of 162 apartments of various types. All apartment blocks will have roofs made with a wooden construction, covered with red tiles. The level of finish of each apartment includes tile and wood floorings in the living rooms and bathrooms, carpeting in the bedrooms and water-based paint on interior walls.
The Luxurious 5 – story apartment buildings
The two 5 – story apartment buildings are deluxe edifices that offer their own set of additional services to residents. On their bottom levels, these have recreational and entertainment areas that offer comfort and wonderful leisure activities as close as possible to your homes. Also, private lockers are available for each apartment to be used for your ski equipment. The entertainment rooms, which are cosy but spacey, have televisions, pool – tables, tennis – tables, seating for 10 to 20 people as well as wonderful and warm fire places. In addition to these amenities, the 5 – story edifices have their own day spas. Designed to provide maximum comfort and relaxation to residents, the day spas have saunas, steam – baths and pleasantly quite relaxation areas. The 4 – story apartment buildings
The 4 – story edifices are smaller buildings that resemble the same Alpine architectural style. Like the more luxurious 5 –story buildings, these apartments will also enjoy their own entertainment rooms, equipped with televisions to watch world sport events or interesting movies, pool and tennis – tables that are as suitable for families as for friendly neighbor games as well as lovely fire places. Ski lockers are also available to all residents and the hotel Spa Center is located just outside the apartments.

Designed on more then 1000 sq. m., the Spa Center will offer full modern and traditional spa programs, traditional and contemporary treatments as well as healing and relaxation procedures. Among the spa amenities are a swimming pool, sauna, steam-baths etc. Given the spa’s capacity, all – year spa and balneological holidays at the Center will be amongst the best in Bulgaria. The building will be ready June 2006.
Terms of payments:
-10% of the sales price – at signing the preliminary contract for sale;
-20%of the sales price–after one month from signing the preliminary contract
-30% of the sales price – at finishing of the roof
-30% of the sales price – at signing the notarial act 15 – when the building is completely ready outside and inside, or ready to be open
